BY2 sisters, Miko and Yumi, have undergone a transformation not only in their names but also in their career trajectory. The duo, formerly known as BY2, has changed their names to Sun Huan and Sun Yu respectively, forming the new group "Sun Rain". This name change is seen by many as a fresh start for the sisters after they parted ways with their original record label.

The reason behind this change is that the contract between BY2 and Sea Butterfly Music had come to an end. As a result, the sisters decided to establish their own work studio.
